In Rwanda, Political regimes that rans the country from 1959 to 1994 advocated for violence and even made it a governing policy against one part of population.
This Sad situation culminated into the 1994 Rwandan genocide.
We put forward a hypothesis according to which the violence that has turned the Rwandan society from the 1994 genocide uptodate.2007 is linked to subculture of violence and impurity inherited from previous regimes and is still deeply rooted in the frame of mind of some Rwandans.
